Super Sparkle Lines

Not realy much of anything. Made by accident ^^ Open to use, but if you credit somebody, credit =EnchantingRainbow because she made the original sparkly lines.

Tested it out one, it's alright. Would recommend using Screen when using on SAI(for those who don't have the FULL SAI cilpping art settings)
if you have Lumni and Shade, well then knock yourself out . K bye!
