For the super lazy who don't like GIMP! Introducing: The *Special EDITION* SUPER Sparkle set for SAI USERS! *twinkle twinke!!!!* 
I made these for anybody who wanted to add the ever so rare and special star-shaped sparkle without the work of going on GIMP, especially if your computer is slow like mine's
.

Better and improved Sparkles
Bigger file size 2000x2000 (for detail-oriented projects! 
).
This edition is the is a mix of the normal sparkle in different sizes c:

HOW TO USE:
Save the image to your computer
Open up SAI.
Open project you need the sparkles for.
Click on the layer you want to add the sparkles to.
Open up sparkles on different canvas.
Ctrl+A to select the entire sparkles canvas.
Now copy the sparklescanvas (Ctrl+C)
Go back to layer on project you need the sparkles for.
Paste onto the layer. It will appear above the layer you need the sparkles for
Click on Clipping Group. It will now only appear onto the details of the layer
Now click on "Mode" options and click "Screen" (or if you want the colors on the layer to be darker than they are, click "Luminosity". I would suggest you DO NOT CLICK ON LUMNI and SHADE!!!!!!!!!!)
Your picture should be sparkleh!
