The ever-popular old editon of SAI sparkles that, after recent studies, many deviants seemed to enjoy. So now they are back up for free use File size 500x500 (for those who use like small sparkles, and can also be easily resized XD)
Save the image to your computer 
Open up SAI. Open project you need the sparkles for. Click on the layer you want to add the sparkles to. Open up sparkles on different canvas. Ctrl+A to select the entire sparkles canvas. Now copy the sparklescanvas (Ctrl+C) Go back to layer on project you need the sparkles for. Paste onto the layer. It will appear above the layer you need the sparkles for Click on Clipping Group. It will now only appear onto the details of the layer Now click on "Mode" options and click "Screen" (or if you want the colors on the layer to be darker than they are, click "Luminosity". DO NOT CLICK ON LUMNI and SHADE!!!!!!!!!!) Your picture should be sparkle-fied HAVE FUN!!!!!!
