Where do I begin?...
The new SAI is AMAZING. I FINALLY got my OC on a cute little transparent canvas, but I made it EPIC. The hair isn't a fail (thank god), and I even expirememnted a little with sift-shading on the transparent ruffles. Ya like?
The parts that are fuzzy are things that stay the same and therefore do NOT need to be drawn (Sorry if it makes the pic look wierd
lol) 
Made a different version of the ruffles, and added some. I AM SO HAPPY THIS IS PRETTY rgiowbntgbn
